ABOUT US

My love for baking began in the kitchen with my mother and grandmother, filled with laughter and dancing as we created magical dishes.  That early passion led me from starting a catering business in my small San Francisco, California apartment, to training under the legendary 3 Michelin star chef Alfred Schilling and serving as a pastry chef at Zinc' Bistro in Scottsdale, Arizona.
 

After falling in love with the patisseries of Paris, I founded BONATARTE.  Today, this dream is a micro-bakery reality, where I hand-craft authentic sweet and savory French tartes in small batches, using only the finest ingredients.


BONATARTE is a licensed, food-safety certified, registered, and insured cottage-based bakery operating under the Arizona Cottage Food Law.
